Train with a former Professional Boxer!!
I was a female body builder and fitness champ before becoming a professional female fighter in boxing.  After body building and fitness training was over and 2 years of boxing training, I had my first professional fight on April 30, 1999.  On March 28, 2002 I became the I.F.B.A. World Campion by winning a world title.  In April of 2002 I was selected as WBAN's Fighter of the Month.  After numerous scheduled matches were cancelled I decided to retire from the ring.  However, I have continued to train every day and continue to be in world champion physical condition.  My goal is to help others achieve the health and fitness levels that will make them successful in their own lives and realize it is never to late to improve yourself!

I work with small groups or individuals.  I will customize a workout just for you based on your goals and abilities.  No intimidation to perform like a pro, just one on one help to get you feeling great and having the energy and endurance to face life's challenges.  No age or physical restrictions and my work space is wheelchair accessible.  My goal is to help you be the best you can be and gain strength, endurance, and confidence!
